Abstract

There are strong attempts to discover new models of data processing capable of reproducing neuromorphic information processing. These include reservoir computing networks that are made of nonlinear resistive elements. We studied the nonlinear resistance of antiskyrmions in ferromagnets by simulating and analyzing the current density through a single antiskyrmion due to anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) using Mathematica. A nonlinear relationship between potential and current provides the essential ingredient for reservoir computing.
