- Guests are not required to stay for the default two nights. To book just one night, simply change the dates on the website according to your particular needs.
Event Location and Parking
SCCUR 2025 will be held at California State University, Channel Islands.
- Attendee Parking: Free parking is available in Parking Lot A3.
- Bus Drop-Off: Buses will drop off students and coordinators in Parking Lot A11.
- Volunteers & Special Guests: Please park in Parking Lot A4.
When entering campus, use University Drive and follow the event signage to the designated parking areas. See campus map below.
Volunteers will be on-site to help direct traffic, assist with parking, and answer any questions.
Check-In and Registration
Regular Check-In (Gateway Hall)
- Registration will open at 7:15 a.m. and continue through 4:00 p.m. outside Gateway Hall for all attendees.
- Please bring a valid ID when checking in.
For All Other Attendees
- If you have not yet registered, you can still register online before arriving or in person at the Regular Check-In table in Gateway Hall.
For Guests
- Guests who were not registered in advance are welcome to check in or register on-site at Gateway Hall. You will need a credit card to pay the registration fee.
- Please stop by the Day-Of Registration table to receive your badge and materials.
Group Bus Travelers (El Dorado Hall)
- Bus coordinators may check in their students as a group at the “Group Check-In” table located in El Dorado Hall.
- Please bring a printed list of all attendees on the bus to provide to our team for a quick and seamless check-in.
- Our team will then provide badges for everyone on that bus (excluding anyone not present).
